Eligibility

Who this program is for

We focus on critical safety and habitability repairs for households who cannot complete the work on their own.

  • Homeowners (and some long-term residents) in our service area
  • Seniors, fixed-income, and working families under financial strain
  • Needs tied to safety: roofs, floors, bathrooms, accessibility, weatherization
  • Willingness to share photos and allow a site assessment if selected

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. We prioritize urgency, safety risk, and available volunteers and funding.
